Summary

Public: Coffee cup and saucer made of soft paste porcelain, painted in green, yellow, mauve, brown, iron red and pink enamel colours and gilt with outsize fruit in a landscape. Private: Coffee cup and saucer, soft paste porcelain. Tall, straight sided cup curving into straight footring, ear-shaped handle. Shallow saucer with slightly everted rim. Painted in green, yellow, mauve, brown, iron red and pink enamel colours with, on the cup, pears and apples in a landscape and, on the saucer, apples, a pomegranate, melons and plums in a landscape. Deep lambrequin borders in gilt, incorporating coloured flowers, the handle picked out in gilt.
