What would we like to achieve and how can we make a difference?
We’ll be exploring this question in the context of the exhibition through a series of multi sensory talking and making activities. Each session starts with a question which is explored through an exhibition visit, talking and making activities.
These lively and sociable workshops are led by artist Naomi Kendrick and supported by audio description. Naomi uses the multi-sensory aspects of her own practice to encourage participants to understand the art works on display though touch, sound, smell, sight and sometimes even taste.
The sessions are open to everyone and planned with blind and partially sighted people in mind.
Free, no need to book. Contact Kate Day for more info at the Gallery on 0161 235 8840 or email: k.day1@manchester.gov.uk for further information.
