2-piece black linen suit. Jacket/bodice; assymetrically cut with short sleeve to the right and no left sleeve; swathed band running from right shoulder to left with 4 metal hooks at right; right shoulder pad; fastneing to left of cf with 5 matt black presstuds; fitted over hips, lower to right; complex pieced cut; small hip-height diagonally-cut front pocket; lined black acetate. Skirt; short wrap-around style with 2 presstuds cf; cut with front yoke and 5 vertical panels; 1in waistband; unlined; woven label cb "Thierry Mugler, Paris". Thierry Mugler started his own label in 1974 and opened his first Paris boutique in 1978. His fashion house remained under his control until 2003.
