Summary

The view across the Mersey looking towards Liverpool. Liver Building can be clearly seen amongst the skyline buildings on the waterfront. Small sailing boats, ferries and larger boats are scattered about on the river. Blue greys dominate the canvas, with gradual darker tones used for the emerging city.
