Woman's coat in hand screen discharge-printed silk in greys and browns, printed by Belford Prints near Macclesfield, 'Aurora'. Presented by Martin Simcock on behalf of the company, Georgina von Etzdorf (2009.141-158). A representation from the GvE archive collection of the most innovative clothing designed and produced by the firm which started in 1981 and ceased production in 2006. In recognition of the retropective exhibition at Manchester Art Gallery in 2006.
