Summary
Pale blue silk with blue cotton and decorated with cream warp knitted lace, apricot linen and blue rosebuds. High waisted bodice, bloused and boned with a back fastening. Layaered with lace and chiffon over the silk that continues to a high stiffened neckline. The sleeves are short and slightly puffed, covered with lace. Dress is tied up at the waist with a deep ribbon sash and the skirt is ruched up in a diagonal line at the front held in place by a ribbon.
