Summary

Flower vase in the form of five swollen cylindrical sockets, splaying outwards from foot in a hand shape. Each socket narrows slightly at neck, relief-moulded with overlapping acanthus leaves, giving serrated leafy edge to each rim. Leaves on central socket extend down body almost to join with other sockets. Rectangular stepped foot with relief-moulded gadrooned border. Pale creamware body with fine glaze.
