Summary

Pale green twilled polyester/cotton, or cotton gaberdine. Jacket : High round neck with double thickness band extending at front into tie fastenings. turn down collar with pointed ends inserted into band. Fronts edged with wide band, fastening with seven beige/brown buttons. Another band of double thickness fabric attached at inside waist under each CF band, passing under front and side back sections, held by casing, to emerge at each side back seam at waist as tie ends, forming gathered waist. Long raglan sleeves with band at wrist which extends into tie ends. Pockets at each side, lined with cream rayon. Bodice lined with cream rayon. Skirt : Left side opening with pale green zip and three hooks and loops at waistband. Pockets each side front, lined with cream rayon. Cream rayon band attached inside left zip opening to form lining. Cream ribbon hanging loop each side waist. Bill Gibb started his label in 1971 and opened his first retail store in 1975. He had short-lived but phenominal success until 1979.
