Summary

Public: Covered bowl made of hard paste porcelain, landscape and harbour scenes in enamel colours with gilt decoration. Private: Covered bowl, hard paste porcelain, circular bowl curving in to high footring. Slightly domed cover with wide rim and raised, circular ring handle. Painted in iron red, purple, blue, green, yellow, brown, black and grey enamel colous with a continuous harbour scene on the bowl and further landscape scenes on the cover. A deep border of gilt scrollwork above and below the rim.
