Summary
Lady Hester Frances Cholmondeley(1763-1844), daughter of Hon. Rev. Robert Cholmondeley. She married Sir William Bellingham in 1783 and he was made a baronet in 1796. She died at Dunany House, Ireland in 1844. She is depicted as a young girl carrying a dog in her arms across a brook.
