Summary

Public: Salt cellar in the form of two bucket-shaped bowls, joined at the rim by two interlooped twisted cord handles. Plain cream coloured earthenware. Private: Salt cellar in the form of two deep circular bowls, each with everted rim and relief-moulded six-lobed sides curving in slightly to flat base. Bowls conjoined by the rim, and by two narrow twisted cord loop handles applied to rim of each bowl and interlaced at the top. Pale cream coloured body with pale yellowish glaze.
