Private: Saucer dish, circular shallow bowl, tapered footring, slightly everted rim. Transfer-printed overglaze, black, coloured enamelled overglaze, blue, green, yellow, red, gilded overglaze. Bearded Statue amongst Ruins shows remains of classical building, corinthian capitals, columns, bearded broken statue beneath central arch, statues on pediment, broken balustrade, stones on ground. Through arch distant pyramid obelisk. Man, blue robe, staff, in front of ruin echoes statue's pose. Stone tinted yellow. Green, red-brown wooded landscape, distant blue river, far shore buildings among hilly landscape. Gilded overglaze band inner rim and column details.
