Summary

Public: Saucer dish, soft paste porcelain, pencilled, enamelled overglaze in black with Oriental riverbank scene. Private: Saucer dish, slight footring on shallow well flaring out to flatterned everted rim, scalloped edge. Pencilled, enamelled overglaze in black with Oriental river bank scene. Foreground, boat moored near rock topped with blossom. Centre left, curve of river bank with willow tree, oriental building flying flag, flanked with trees, birds in sky. Centre right, in river, three round objects float in water. Right, small island with trees.
